The product is reasonable but I have some reservations. The handsets are a bit small and they do not sit as securely in the base as they might. My earlier model Uniden phone was better in both these aspects. The ringing sound is also not very pleasant but this may be a feature of the NBN rather than the phone itself. The instruction manual is also not as easy to follow in some respects as desirable. eg storing phone numbers is not well explained in the instruction manual.

I bought Uniden again as my last set was 15 years old and never let me down. I decided to update so that the phone battery was now smaller and handsets easier to read as well as nbn compatible with no interference to wifi network. My new model has everything I need including answering machine and more options than before. It is fabulous value and incredibly easy to set up and use. Great price, great brand and quality product.
