you dont always get what you pay for
during the covid19 pandemic bicycles were in high demand, and short supply..bought this since it was available for quick delivery..now I know why.. 1st I didnt do my due dilligence and over payed for this bike.. the gears do not shift smoothly, popped a front tire on the first ride in the woods (no large rocks or sharp edged objects) and the bike feels cheap, not sturdy... if I payed the normal price Iwould say oh well you get what you pay for..in this case I would say wait until better quality bikes become more availableVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

just fair
its ok but not for the extreme mountain rider..more for a stroll and short distance ride.It gets the job down if your commuting or riding softcore..quality its fair value fair but not great...a bit over price being these bikes were sold in walmart for 78 dollars, during the pandemic they priced them up...so i rate it 3 out of 5 a fair bike not bad not great in between.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sturdy all around, but handles need tightening
The bike is sturdy and overall great quality. It was easy enough to assemble - easy for 1 person to do, but maybe faster with 2. There is a concern about the bike handles, though. The handles came pre-assembled backwards and required a hex wrench to loosen, reposition, and re-tighten. After the handles were positioned into the bike body, the handles become loose when riding and require observation to re-tightening. All is good now, but took time. That said, this was easier to solve, than trying to repackage and send back for a new bike. Would strongly suggest manufacturer to review handles for quality assurance. Maybe have a larger box and have the handles already set and ready to go. Include a hex wrench for assembly and maintenance like other assembly-required items include an allen wrench.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for what you pay.
I gave it 5 stars because I knew what it was when I ordered it. Just a fun bike to ride around on from time to time. It required assembly and some minor brake and gear adjustments when it arrived. I am not incapable so I figured it out. Good bike for camping and taking down the road to fish or just to get outside for a bite. Not a serious bike. This bike is a bad commuter
Dont expect this bike to not fall apart while riding. I have used it to commute to work on a daily basis over the course of 3 months. I had to replace the gearset, retighten pretty much every screw possible and replace the tire innertubes on MULTIPLE occasions.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
