It works.
The lock cylinder doesnt come with it to lock it. Not sure if it says it did or not.. wasn't big deal to me. Has a quick latch to attach it to bike. Very nice. Stores a helmet with room to spare. Makes a back rest for passengers. Glad i purchased it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent box.
