NotesThis album contains rare studio recordings from the archives of noted LA record producer and the father of the folk-rock sound, Jim Dickson. Highlights include the first, never before released recordings of the 60's peace anthem, "Get Together."
The artists in this compilation are mostly members of the Byrds. There are tracks from the Byrds, David Crosby, and the Hillmen (featuring Chris Hillman). This is a reflection of the music of California in the pre Beatle 1960s. There are some nice tracks if you like this stuff.
