A great upgrade from my old phone with capabilities not possible on my old phone.
Not sure it's "Brand New" because AT & T packaging says "RESTORED". Not sure what this means. None the lless, the phone is what I was looking for and it meets my needs and expectations. Well satisfied with the purchase and price.
