Great wired headset for online teaching/Skype calls, etc./Can use with PC and mobile

Product works but cord disconnects from puck
Received headset fast. Everything works. BUT The red cord is very loose fitting and often detaches easily from puck.

Great audio, great Mic, plug play, but ears tight
I have a small head, but the ears are super tight after a bit. I do have bog ears, I guess. Sound quality is great. Microphone is great. But I find them uncomfortable after an hour or so -- and working from home due to COVID means I have them on 4-6 hours a day so am feeling a bit sore now even after taking them off 4 hours ago.
