Simply the best for the price
This is an outstanding Grinder and Expresso maker under $500. You can serve up hot creamy expresso, americano and lattes all day. Just top of the water container and coffee bean hopper. I make three (3) cappuchinos for the family every morning. So I froth milk a lot. My only reservation is that either the Auto Purge OR Dry Puck features (not sure which one) extracts a lot of water from the system and dumps it down into the drip tray. Said drip tray fills up every quickly and requires to be emptied. It does have a handy "Empty Me" indicator to remind you to do this. Overall five stars from me. Interesting note. Nice Unit, but....
My pressure gauge is not working. I have tried some of the troubleshooting around the bean grind and it has made no difference to date. I need to get this corrected otherwise I will wonder what else goes on. Grinder and Steamer are a little flaky, but I think that is cleaning and the fact that it sits idly by for most of the day and it is 24 hours between uses typically.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

All the features you'll need for a great espresso extraction
Features in this particular model allow you to test and modify espresso extraction. Getting the pull timing down to about 30 seconds based on your grind size and the amount of grind. Keeping your game consistent including a 30lbs tamping is key to a good espresso. I haven't gone into program mode to modify default settings for temperature, pressure and espresso extraction size, and I don't think I will need to. Great Espresso Machine
Ok, I’ve only just started using it today since it arrived yesterday, so this is my first impression. It appears to be a quality product. The fit and finish, paint, and accessories are all top notch. The instructions are well written, in English and French. I bought some organic sole source coffee beans from Walmart for $6. Following the quick start instructions and leaving the settings they way they shipped from the factory resulted in a few AMAZING espressos for my wife and I this morning. Better tasting than ANY cafe we’ve been to recently! Shipping took about a week. I would have liked it sooner but for the price I can’t complain and it did ship from Canada. Great purchase!
