you cant find better for the $1,800 price tag
Just make sure the Thunderbolt display works, it did not for me and they had to replace the unit. The laptop is quite loud even when in idol. But you cant find better for the $1,800 price tag. all USB ports are type A except for the thunderbolt4 and its NOT 2.5Gbe .but it has hi res 3.5mm. and dell support are very easy to deal with. if this laptop broke tomorrow would i buy another? no, i would spend a bit more and get one with 2.5gbe lan and pcie4. screen is a bit disappointing and limited RGB customization, i use my one as a desktop with a docking station. hope that helps.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Broke after 2 months
I was satisfied with the laptop when I first got it, perhaps the main criticism was that it didn’t feel too sturdy. However one day, after two months of using it for gaming and basic work tasks, it stopped working. It turns out it’s the motherboard. Dell is still to send a technician to replace the relevant parts, which has significantly disrupted my work. Unfortunately this hasn’t been a good experience, disappointing especially for a $1,800+ laptop …Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
