Look at some thing else. Mafroto is usually the best you can get. not so for a camera bag.
Manfroto should have used denser padding. Especially around the outside. It also has a tight fit for a camera body in the middle with lens on either side. The laptop is a super tight fit whentrying to zip the bag. I was disappointed in the amount of items the bag actually holds.

Love this backpack! It's my first "high end" backpack and it is perfect for my needs. Holds my D800, 50mm, 85mm, 70-200mm, 24-120mm, Speedlite and camera accessories...in other words, lots of room.
