The on-off switch did not work upon arrival. I pulled it out and fixed it myself. However, this machine has a lot of other issues. When you tighten the chain, it looks tight, but it's actually loose when you go to start the saw. So one minute it looks tight, and the next it's loose, but look again, and it's tight?
Also, the machine will not start easily. When you do get it start, you cannot pull the throttle, or it will stall. After running it for 30 minutes, I finally was able to pull the throttle. But when the revs drop, the whole process begins again. I do not have time or the skills needed to fix this myself, and sending it back will cost more than the saw is worth.
