Best appliance to make people want to cook, bake and do everything this machine is capable of doing.
I have not opened the box as I'm moving to Arizona in a month or so. This was the bargain of a lifetime, I'm thrilled. I've been wanting a Kitchenaid Mini Mixter since the day they hit the market and this just fell in my lap. Can't wait to get moved so I can use it. I love to bake and always experimenting with new stuff and this will make my life much easier and more pleasant to work with. I am just thrilled to have fallen upon this super offier, so I had to jump on it. Is it just the Contour Silver that's out of stock or all your items...I'm thing gifts for my Sis and Sis inlaw. Non of us are very big and strong, the complete opposite, so this would work for everyone. Thank you for creating the most wanted appliance in the small appliance industry. I like the Artisan mini. When I first got it there weren't a lot of options available like the spatula edge beater or the glass handled bowl. I also didn't get a handled bowl with mine but mine was an earlier model. I do like that it is a lot smaller and weighs less. I feel it is the same quality and power as the regular size and works great for my needs. The little mixer that CAN!
Omg...I love this thing! It does absolutely everything I need it to do, it's lightweight for what it is, and easy (for me) to pick up without feeling like I might drop it due to weight or awkwardness. It's just the two of us and no kids (except 5 VERY nosy cats), so we don't need to make huge batches of anything. Bring back the spring!
I only gave 4 stars because they stopped putting the spring on the shaft that holds the beaters in place. Because of that the beaters seem loose. Otherwise I love the smaller size because it fits on my counter underneath the upper cabinets better.
