Happy with purchase.
Nice and sharp, and a close shave for me. Bought the plug-in type, so I don't have to worry with batteries in the long haul. Had previous triple head Norelco for >20 years, but didn't realize how dull it was until I got the new one. Being a snow bird, I bought one for each of my residence (north and south). Looked for something similar to what I had, but was priced low. This product fit that criteria. The only thing I don''t like is the cord - it is plastic and stiff - should have been rubber and/or a helical coil design.

Poorly made shaver
Seems to be built flimsy. Many times when closing head after cleaning, the blades do not fit correctly on the drive pins. When you go to use it the whole head rattles and shakes. You have to open head and reset. Head is on a hinge so there is only one way it opens and closes. Also, did not want a rechargeable battery. Instructions state that there ia a rechargeable battery in this model.

Works perfect, easy to clean.
Works nice, I love and use Philips shavers for ~15 years. Recently lost old one in the trip and bought this Norelco. Then old one found. Wire is better on old one, it is like spring. And no brush included into new set.

Didn'e measure up!
When you open the head to clean, all the cutter heads fall out in pieces. Older models didn't do this and you could blow the cuttings out. took me a while to figure out how to re-assemble it.

Think twice.
The blades do not rotate as fast as my old battery rechargeable, it works well enough, but I wish I could still buy my old model. The new one doesn't seem as well made either.
