Great massage
The Theragun gives an excellent massage. Since I have been using it, I have much less pain in my left shoulder which I broke a year ago. It is a little heavier to hold than I would like but it is manageable and worth the effort. I wish it came with guidance on how to use it. I looked it up on Youtube and watched the instructions there. All in all, I think for anyone who finds their muscles aching after activity, this is a good choice.

Yes, it’s expensive.... but if you work out alot or simply have muscle aches, this won‘t be collecting dust on a shelf. I looked at it as a long term investment. Much quieter than the original models. The design allows you to target hard to reach back and shoulders aches. I’m hoping this will last for many years to come
