Great sound and performance
Sony, once again, makes a product that not only looks good and has both ac and dc electrical operation but has an incredible sound quality as well. I was at a friend's house when I hear his and asked to see his "stereo" system--he showed me the RDP-M7iP. Note: be sure to check the pin setup as some come with the 32 pin and others the regular I phone 7 set up. There are adapters for both but why go through the trouble of having to buy and adapter if you just order the one that has the correct base that you need. The bonus is that it's portable with the use of 4 AAA batteries and comes with an AC adapter and remote control too. I can't believe the sound that this machine puts out. I bought mine used on ebay for 1/2 the price that the new one was selling for. It arrived just as if it were new and plays fantastically.

Should have known better
I liked it at first, but after 2 days something happened to it where it doesn't work with the power cable anymore, only works with batteries.... I now purchased a memorex speaker dock and it works and sounds better than the sony anyway! Only thing I miss is the remote, but not much of a sacrifice for the quality...
