May be technical issue
Very bad experience,very slow laptop even brand new.i had a pc with 1gb ram and p4 that Pc was better than this 4gb ram and intel celeron processor laptop.I am very disappointed after using this laptop,i take lot of time to browse , boot up ,even everything.I bought this laptop 2,3 weeks ago and sometimes hack at some place.iI am very disappinted.maybe if you swap this laptop because it is possible that it has some tehnical issue.A brand new laptop of dell acting like this,I am very disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very pleased with overall performance.
Too new to comment on battery life. Second Dell laptop owned and very satisfied with both. First one was very heavy compared to the new laptop which is much thinner and lighter. No trouble to set up.
