Better than expected
When I purchased this for my Mom I wanted something that fit her sitting height. She’s a bit shorter than most. This product has a very good hand brake system that works well. What sold me was the ability to change the seat height. There are numerous positions that each of the 4 wheels can adjust. Lowest for my Mom works well. All in all...a very good value for the price!

Lightweight but not foldable.
Bought this for my mom so she could collapse it & easily put it in her car. Medline photos showed the front & back wheels almost interlocking in the folded position. NOT TRUE! There's a 3 in" gap between the front & back. She has a heavier rollator from different co. that I assembled. It's wheels DO Interlock in the fold pos. I removed the pouch and the seat rest bar. of the Medline & tried folding it again. W/o the bar the rollator seems incredibly lightweight. The gap remained. Re installed the pouch. W/o it, the fold puller drags on the floor.
