The legs are concerning because they are built with a thinner material for the body of the BBQ plate in addition to that the grill part of the BBQ in my opinion the wire material is too flimsy.

I guess you get what you pay for. It's cheap - but the design means that the charcoal is too close to the griller and results in really uneven heat. I propped it up a bit higher and it worked much better.
