Tamiya - Acrylic Thinner 250ml (T81040)\nTamiya X-20A acrylic thinner is the perfect choice to thin Tamiya acrylic paint when spraying through an airbrush or cleaning bristle brushes. The formula within the thinner gives Tamiya acrylic paints the right consistency to blend colour without fading or spotting. Tamiya acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are excellent for either brush painting or air-brushing. These paints can be used on styrene resins, Styrofoam, wood, plus all of the common model plastics. The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be blended easily. Prior to curing, paint can be washed away with plain water.\nFeatures\n-Perfect for a general clean up when using paints\n-Paint.

Best results for airbrushing acrylics
Dilution with X20A allows the best results from Tamiya acrylic paints, if you want to airbrush them. In my experience half and half (paint to thinner) works well at 20 psi, using a gravity-fed airbrush. BTW, not all a acrylics are the same. This did not go well with the Vallejo model air range.
