  • A Madman On The Loose In The Big City

This is considered the first, film noir movie. It's a very good picture of murder & intrigue. Peter Lorre is the creepy madman that lurks in the shadows, murdering randomly. The hero of the flick is getting the blame and getting paranoid about it. I give this one a two thumbs UP.

Quirky film and not among the best noir but enjoyable. Bought it for Peter Lorre.
