3 Minutes to a Pain Free Life saves our quality of life.
I bought this book because my husband had to have titanium vertebra inserted in his neck and then it was fused. Even after physical therapy he was too stiff to turn his head to look for oncoming traffic or look to his toes, etc. He could not turn nor tip his head and he was in constant pain. After a few days with the exercises he has a lot less pain and he can turn his head! As he continues with the exercises the improvements keep coming, of course a little at a time, but so wonderful. It is great to have these little exercises to do at home, without worrying about this appointment or that. Now when we have an ache this book is the first place we look for relief. I highly recommend this book and the exercises in.

Really great book- it works.
I found this book to be amazingly helpful and insightful. The therapeutic movements I did basically healed my knee pain, elbow pain and hip pain, and I’m not exaggerating. For anyone interested in a true pain-healing method, this book is for you.
