    Product works as designed.

These springs work great as they are a genuine Fender product. My only objection was that the bridge end of the spring fit very tightly into my Fender Squire Standard two point tremolo bridge. I had to use a tool to get the end far enough into the bridge. Other than that (no point takin away) the springs did the job that they were designed to do.

  • Top critical review

Best recommended if replacing all 5 springs. Not for mixing with existing vintage springs.

The springs worked, but I spent extra for these as they were to be for "vintage" Stratocaster's. My '73 Strat had 3 springs, but wanted the extra "pull" to get the bridge to sit flush on the guitar body. The springs are noticeably smaller than the originals, which look bad, but as I mentioned before, they did the job.

  • Spring for these ; )

Well first of all, the guitar these were for is an import, not a standard American Fender, yet surprisingly they fit. What do you know!? After loosening the claw a little bit and attaching all 5 springs, as apposed to the 3 my guitar came with, the two-point vibrato tailpiece has slight floating capabilities at standard tuning. I'm very happy with the upgrade in tension and use.

  • WELL WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY

Switching from the 3 stiffer springs which came stock with my guitar, to 5 springs of the vintage type has added a little more of that "stratness" to the tone of this guitar as well as enhancing the sustain just a little bit. A very easy and inexpensive upgrade which is well worth it to me. Try it; you'll probably like it. Some people may not like to "hear the springs" on their instrument, but in my opinion, that sound is a part of what defines the strat character.

  • Makes it better

These springs are the real deal..good plating, well shaped ends..fitted into the tremelo block with no trouble. When you do your own upgrades on a Squire, this is the way to go!

  • Fender:- Spring has Sprung

Great quality and finish from a dependable brand. I used these to add to the 3 standard springs on my 2 Stratocaster guitars. The tremelo now sits down on the deck and tuning instability is a thing of the past now.... YAY! Pictures show how I added a sponge foam liner underneath the spring set to mute any vibrations and stray tones.

  • Fender Nickel tension springs

These springs do what they’re designed to do. One of the few ingredients in the soup. And if you want your soup to taste good, then use the best ingredients. I use graphtech saddles, LSR roller nut, and Fender locking tuners.

  • These Fender springs were inexpensive and a quick fix for my Stratocaster

I wanted to deck the bridge on my Stratocaster for better tuning stability and read adding extra tremolo springs can help.I added 2 springs and tightened the claw so the bridge was flat against the body and it worked great.

  • Good springs at a good price

Added one spring to my Fender HSS Player Strat to bring the bridge down to the body. Worked fine though the hook needed to be bent slightly for easier installation.

  • Making a cheap guitar a star!

The springs on a used BCP Strat were just too tight and intonation was bad. The fender springs were the ticket to making a cheap guitar a star. Thanks!
