  • Disappointed.

The first one delivered via the internet did not work. I exchanged at the local outlet in Robina. I am disappointed that it did not perform as well as the original design and the major complaint is the lack of a timer and you have to hold down the button and guess the timing for the grade of the coffee beans for plunger, drip or espresso. The original Model EM0420 calculated the number of cups and the grading, coarse or fine with one press of the button. Cutting down the quality for cost does not work with already satisfied customers. I only use this grinder with coffee beans so can't speak for the other users but I am sure they don't like holding onto the switch for the whole operation. Regards, David Kay

  • BAD BAD BAD, IN SO MANY WAYS

Needs to close it very tight to engage the safety latch for it to work, it took a few attempts before the grinder worked , seriously, it needs to be ridiculously tight, so much so I was going to write it off as DOA as it wan't engaging. I bough it for my mother, 75+ year old, the stupidly tight engagement combined with the poorly designed slippery smooth lid means she can't open it with her (mildly) arthritic hands, so it's not good for aging or fragile hands. To be honest I find it tedious and I don't have any physical ailments. Now I need to go to grind the coffee in batches for her as opposed to doing it herself on the fly to enjoy freshly ground coffee. Defeats the purpose of the product, she could have just bought ground coffee as that's what she ended up with. Similar issues reported by other users online, my bad, I should have done my homework first and researched user feedback. NOT recommend for anyone,

  • Bit fiddly but it does the job!

The grinder isn't that easy to use. Have to be careful not to over-fill with coffee beans. But it works moderately well.

  • Sunbeam multigrinder

It's not as good as earlier models if using to grind herbs the lock position for use is a hazard the lid jams difficult to turn to release no good as a herbginder

  • Does the job, but perhaps not suitable for older hands.

Bought for an elderly friend and she constantly has trouble securing and closing the lid tight enough to use it.

  • Pretty good.

Overall satisfied with the product. Small and compact. Downside is it is a bit of a pain to clean and gets hot very quickly.
