This is a fantastic product, I’ve tried every type of deep heat rubs, unfortunately it made the pain 10 times worse. The ICE Blue helps settle my sciatica and nerve pain. I find DoTERRA Ice Deep Blue Rub to be more natural, more gentle and more effective than all other similar products. Its smell is quite pleasant, too, and doesn't aggravate my allergies like some others do. It also comes out of the tube neatly, is easy to apply and doesn't leak out. I can fit it into my handbag for when I go away, too. I just love it! I do wish it was cheaper to buy, though
