I like the way this fits and can be tightened easily. One thing disappointed me was the sweat band tears very easily. You must be very gentle when attaching it. Ratchet system not working properly

Decent for the most part, except for...
The suspension system. If feels nice, and cradles your head comfortably. But the front of the suspension that is covered by the sweatband is so close to the front of the hardhat that when you duck down to go under something and you accidentally strike what you're fucking from, you wind up feeling nearly the entire force of the impact.
