This is my second one - that says it all
I had an ancient version which sadly died and I replaced with a different (quality)brand which proved to be third rate...now in the drawer! Looked fine but didn’t work
I purchased this at the end of May, it looked all shiny and new, so I put it away in my kitchen without testing it. Upon it’s first use it didn’t work. I contacted the company to tell them this and was asked to try various things, to no avail. I was then told that they would arrange a pick up and a drop off of a new one (which I was happy with). There was then radio silence, i chased them up to find out when the new one would arrive. They then said that they weren’t going to replace it or refund me my money but that they wanted me to take it up with the manufacturer? So, now they have my money and I have a faulty unit, I am in dispute with them now through PayPal. Not a trustworthy company!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Another great Dualit product
I have bought dualit appliances in the past and have been impressed with their design and build. This stick blender is just what I have come to expect from the brand. It has a stainless steel wand that will not become brittle and discoloured. It is well balanced and sits comfortably in the hand. The mini chopper has the feed tube that I hope will be perfect for making mayo. Good purchase I would buy another one
I like the blender it works well but not so easy to hold it gets heavy when blending a pot of stew as you have to hold it up. I alsoe find it very noisey on the high speed The choper atchment works just like a food processor and chops very well including my ginger as the container is a good size you can get plenty in it I dont like the plastic body as it marks very easy

Fantastic kitchen food preparation tool with great features
This blender is far more than just a blender, it is an all round food preparation tool. Well made, functional, easy to assemble, and has replaceable parts(although haven't explored this yet). Robust construction including the plastic bowl and lid which is prone to cracking in some models. I have used it a few times as a chopper and am pleased with its performance and ease of cleaning. The blade is sharp , strong and well shaped. The price I paid from Imelectrical was very good and if it lives up to its reputation will make it far more beneficial than the numerous Kenwood mini choppers i have had to buy as replacement parts are expensive making it easier to replace the whole machine and therefore a total waste of the main bodies sat in my cupboard.. Not very effifcient
It's not very powerful at all, and I've found that aside from the balloon whisk, which is great, it's not hugely efficient. I'm unable to blend things my Nutribullet made light work of (even chickpeas!) and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
