Differential Amplifier Transistors have been replaced with better quality Hfe matched for a super low dc offset. Yamaha created a monster with this amplifier this is a very powerful amplifier it drove even my inefficient Martin Logan speakers with no problems there is a huge power reserve of 2 x 22,000 uf filter capacitors that’s 44,000 uf!

Soo I purchased this because a friend of mine had one and I loved it. I have pioneer, Kenwood, Sansui, fisher,Marantz and a few others and this amplifier stacks up against all of them . If you can get one cheap enough do it . I see the price going up on this amplifier fast.
