C243FPK390 Endela Lightweight K390. The Endela's handle features skeletonized stainless steel liners nested within injection-molded FRN scales. K390 MICROCLEAN is a state-of-the-art cold work tool steel made by Bohler-Uddeholm.
After the first one, I bought the second. It holds an edge better than elmax, s30v, d2, m390, maybe even magnacut. It will rust but I just wipe it with oil and it's fine. This is probably the last best knife I will own
great Design + Materials = FANTASTIC everyDAYcarry
Huge thumbsUP to both the Endela design, which is a SUPERB form factor for comfortable and utilitarian EDC, and for the magnificent Bohler K390 steel which is now one of my favorites. K390 is not a "stainless" steel and will take a patina if allowed. It holds an incredible edge a LONG time, yet is easy to touch up and/or fully sharpen. Tough, holds an edge, and easy to sharpen? Yep, that is why I love it.
