  • I had seen this movie before but I was looking forward to seeing it again.

I spent 12 years in the army and I enjoy watching WW2 movies. I had an uncle who was in a Japanese POW camp. When he came home he was just a walking skeleton. After a short time home he went up to Japan on the occupation forces and the Japanese officer who was in charge of his camp and my uncle became good friends and they stayed in contact with each other and the Japanese officer came to Australia and stayed with my uncle and they drove around Australia and he enjoyed is holiday in Australia.
