I had recieved the package today after school and expected the case to be a mess like the cover to have chunks of the paper missing and the plastic to have scratch Marks. Very very happy with the disc and manual. I opened up the box and expected some minor scratches but to my suprise no scratches at all. The manual was in perfect shape! No writing, graffiti or folds or tears. I'm very happy with this, I can finally complete my saturation for my jak and daxter trilogy 😊🤗🤩

First of all, this was just a nostalgia trip. It's not from past experiences from a looong time ago. Well, what to say about it. This game is very fresh & orignial in terms of story. I've never seen anything like this and the way games nowadays are going, I doubt I will. But the gameplay... it's REALLY challenging. (not hard.) It may seem like you have alot of health with about 8-10 little circles in the beginning, but each hit from the first enemy in the game takes away 2 of those circles each time! I would consider myself a pretty good gamer, and I still find myself going "COME ON!!!" at this game. The games scenery & vehicles & guns & characters are all great. In the wastelands, you kinda get a "post-apoc" feel, and then in the city it's all futuristic. If you die as much as I did, then this game is pretty dang long. I can't remember how much time I spent when I first beat it, but I'm guessing about 13-ish hours. If you couple that in with school/work AND the fact that's only the story (Plus 600 collectibles and little races for rewards.) then you have a LONG game. Plenty enough time to wait until Skyrim/BF3/MW3/Saints Row/Mass Effect 3 comes out.Read full review
what I liked about the game was the heavy artillery and the secrets they had. It was years ago when the first JAk came out, I rented it to see if it was any good. It was, but I kept dying so I gave up on it. then years later I see Jak 2 at the place I work. I watched a kid play and then it brought me back to wanting to take a whack at it again. Which was why I got all three games. The first Jak was very...interesting, I dont really like collecting stuff much, Jak 2 kicked ass, and as for Jak 3....meh...it went a little bit downhill as for storyline wise but it was Daxter that kept everything funny. LONG LIVE ORANGE LIGHTNING!!
It is fun game to lay back and play without getting too frustrated with. The pros are the toys you get to play with it combines a bunch of different games into one from tony hawk to GTA to metal slug. If you've played the first one you might have mixed feelings about the third. It is quite a bit more difficult than the first one but if you're an experienced gamer it is still pretty easy. If you liked being able to pick and chose missions you might not like this game. Unlike the first you have to complete each task to continue onto the next one so it is less exploration.
It's a great story and fantastic sequel to the other two. I like the controls on this one better than on the second game though, I had little to no trouble controlling the vehicles unlike Jak 2. It's great fun and a blast. If it hasn't been played by you yet, you're missing out on something great. 8/10 I'd rank it higher but for just my first play through I think it deserves the 8. Maybe 9.

I've been a Jak fan for years. I started out on jak 2 then went to Jak and Daxter then Jak 3. Jak 2 is still my favorite, but Jak 3 is close behind. The Jak series has the BEST progression of missions leading up to the final bout. Usually you get to a certain point in the game and you think "wait... this doesn't make any sense... where'd my story line go?" Not in the Jak series. They stick to the storyline. No funky little wtfudge stuff is gonna come up in your cornflakes and slap you into a different game with the same characters. nope not here. This game is for the kind of people who like alot of crazy guns andcrazy rides... monsters and the like... Great game I most definatly suggest it... Anyone I've even talked to says it's a great game to so I'm not just writing a review... I'm stating a fact. XDRead full review
Jak trilogy are part of the history of platform games. Great gameplay, graphics and noble history suitable most likely for teenagers, however this game it's a piece of art and it truly transcends the time, so an adult can find joy and entertainment.

Jak is back and this time he is doing the best Mad Max imitation he can. The gameplay and graphics are still as solid as the first two in the series but there is a lot more driving in this one. And by more driving, I mean driving almost the whole game. There is also arena combat. Dark energy is still a big part of the game but light energy can be unleashed as well. All is revealed by the end of this one so if you're a fan of the series this is a must have. The story is excellent and Daxter's humor is so funny. If you love Jak II this one will be even better for you. I love this series and this is an absolute must have in my book. The characters are just too good to pass up and the game too much fun to pass it up. 4.5/5
It's a fun game, but not like I thought it would be. They say its mostly platform and adventure. Some of this is true while other parts can make you think the opposite. It's not very open; you go from person to person doing missions of various sort. One of these can ask you collect something, the usual case or just race some othe guy for a certain jewel/prize. After this, you simply have some fighting to do and then back to the missions/races. Overall, its unique enough to keep you playing.
