    Just as I remembered it.

    I'm so glad I was able to acquire this rare DVD while it was still available. It's a bit strange, the music is dated, and will probably not see the light of day after the last one is sold. The entertaining parts for me were the sequences involving characters from Firesign Theatre - and of course the "old hermit" scenes. I don't live in the desert myself but do share a lot of his philosophy about finding beauty in living a "simple" life. The old man chides others to "hurry up and die, hurry up and die," knowing he'll die himself eventually - but will do so enjoying pleasures that can't be bought or strived for.

    This is a 70s left-over. Might have been ok then when we were 50 years younger and smoking (sic) but now, a tired relic of the distant past. Stick to the memories of how you remember it, don't try to re-live it today!
