All songs rock, excellent sound quality.
The first and best of the rock, funk, r&b horn bands starting from the late 60's. Lydia Pense more than holds her own on lead vocals, while other lead/ backup vocals are solid as well. The horn section had players that went on to Tower of Power, and the percussionists likewise played for Santana later. The guitar work is clean and soulful, while the bass and drums are right on time. The keyboards flesh out the songs nicely. Highly recommend this disc as Cold Blood's overall best.

Incrdible CD versatile blues, Jazz, & Funk all mixed together great CD
I bought their record in early 60's lost it. This Cd is 10+++ every song remarkable. She's Related to janis joplin & Joe Coker I think Singer really has a Bluesy voice great band w/ Horn Section don't miss this group. Dan Ross Hou Tx
