Famed industrial band Psychic TV formed from part of the equally renowned Throbbing Gristle. Founding members Genesis P-Orridge and Alex Fergusson are filmed upon their return to London in 1999 (Genesis had been exiled from the UK since 1991). The landmark group perform a concert at London's ornate Royal Festival Hall, which is introduced by beloved dandy Quentin Crisp. Among the 8 songs captured are "She Touched Me" and "Godstar."
