If you know how to play these, go for it. They are normal and because they comply to musical diatonic scaling you can't go wrong. I personally struggled to hit a single note and I thought it was because of my lip size. But I listened to a guy who knew how to play them and I was quite impressed.

I'm just learning harmonica and I wanted a full set because my band tunes down 1/2 step to make it easier on the singers. This set is a good place to get started.

I've been playing these for years, including one in the key of A that I keep in my car. Although I don't have this full set, I'm contemplating getting it. Although the sound is slightly thinner than a Special 20, the reeds in these are surprisingly sturdy! As in you really have to try to over blow/draw one to damage it--unlike a Special 20, which you can kiss goodbye with the same treatment.

most of the harmonicas are tuned well but the one in the key of "A" is not. 11/12 is okay. this was a great deal for the price but dont be surprised if you have to replace one or two of them before you do shows with them.

Even though they are low budget they work I use them for live performances mostly as back ups just add a high G and a low F to the set and you will be covered
