Value for Money
The bench its self is very light, the seat is very comfortable and iys very easy to assemble. The bench is perfect in size and very comfortable to use too.

Seems pretty solid.
Haven't used it yet, but my daughter can jump on it without any movement. Easy to install, came with three extra washers. Either the shifter or the nuts are a bit soft, so don't go too hard when tightening it. Will try to update upon use.

Sturdy weight training bench
It is very sturdy and well built, so will take a lot of punishment through training. It is a little bit shorter than I expected, but I should have checked the measurements more carefully. A good tough product though.
