Some good, some bad.
First off, from the description on the box it sounds like it is new an improved. Yes, the cup attachment to the atomizing spray head has changed, but the gun it self is identical, including the part number. I would not have spent the extra money on the 2.0 version had I known it was exactly the same gun. Secondly, the atomizing spray head clicks in with a little plastic bumps. They don't always "click" in like they are supposed to. You are supposed to hear a click when you put it on. I've never heard one. Maybe I need to get my hearing checked. I have had one come loose on one side while using it and it caused the trigger to stick on. Another time it actually came off and dumped paint on the floor while I was spraying. Thankfully it did not mess up the fender!!!! I now tighten a hose clamp on the gun after "clicking" the head on. Has worked perfect since. Really a disappointment to have to do that though after buying a new gun. It does spray nicely, and I love that you can clean it up so easily though and you start with a new gun when you put a new head on! I also love that you can put different size heads on. I used to use a couple of different spray guns, now I just change the head. - Love that part!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
