The overall unpacking experience is good. Instruction manual is easy to follow. All the required tools are included. No need to use my tool box. Connecting the difficulty level cable may need a bit of skill though. You might need an extra pair of hands for that part. Otherwise, you can assemble it all by yourself. The seat is comfy. Everything about the product is great except the computer. I cannot make it work the way it should. It does only the time and my heart rate, I cannot make any of the other functions work as they should. This is probably due to the instructions being inadequate and written in very poor English.
