Bad battery life
It’s great and easy to use but the battery life of the monitor is so terrible, I have to have it plugged into my portable charger all the time to even use it because it goes flat so quickly. If you didn’t have a portable charger, then you wouldn’t be able to take the monitor with you around the house because the battery would die. I also think this is a really old product and an old style product.

Speaker on monitor does not work, you cannot hear the parents speak to the child at all. Battery does not last all night and when you plug your monitor in it hums so loudly it’s actually annoying. Also the clothes don’t sit in the monitor tightly enough instead you have to position them so they don’t fall out and stop charging. Very disappointed with this item.
