Used to use vo5 hot oil years ago when i had very long hair. Its been difficult to find recently but i still love it. Its a pre shampoo treatment.Start just warming the product for a minute in hot water and then massaging it to wet hair, shampooing out and i choose to still use a light conditioner on the ends of my hair. I find when my hair feels parched or like it just needs a boost this is perfect.
