I had ordered two of the Arkadia Chai Tea Matcha and they were both haphazardly packed only with tape across and dumped in the bag. As I open the mail bag, one of the tea tins; due to not being packed right, had tea powder spilt out all over in the bag. The tea tin that had spilt out all the powder, had the tin foil opened and the lid opened, which makes me think someone tried to open it before sending it. This made me feel like I paid for 1 tin instead of two, as I had to dispose of the opened tea tin and had to also clean up the mess it was sent in. Really disappointed. I'm still unsure on whether it is safe for me to use the second tea powder, concerning they were both sent in the same package and packed in such haste. This makes me so sad and disappointed and I feel like it's such a waste of money and product.Read full review
