  • Pretty impressive

I build a sealed 0.54 cu ft sealed box for it because that's all that would fit behind the seat in my 2015 f150 lariat. According to kicker sealed box should be between 0.2 and 0.7 cu ft, I also used a kicker cx400.1 amp at ran it at 1ohm with no bass boost and about 60% gain. And it's pretty impressive that such a small sub can make a big sound, I'd say it sounds like a cheap standard depth 10" round sub in term of volume and clarity, but the size of a shallow 8". The sound does get a little muddy in higher volumes, and certain frequencies, but overall probably the best sub for small space requirements.

  • Worth it

There's nothing not to like about this sub. It's everything that's advertised. It just didn't work for me due to the shape of my factory enclosure. If I decided to build a box, I'd definitely pick this sub.
