This product really works for my hay fever and sinus problems. My mum, aged 92, used to take antibiotics at least four times a year for sinus infections. Now she does not antibiotics at all. I had chronic hay fever problems that were extremely debilitating. Now I chew 2 tablets in my mouth, they dissolve and go into the blood via a blood vessel under the front of the tongue and I get relief in 10 minutes at the most. when I get that feeling of sawdust in the corners of the eyes, this fixes it in no time flat. My children use it often too. If you grow your own vegetables and have perfect soil and you eat copious amounts of vegetables, you probably get enough mineral salts from your veges. this is the nest best thing. Most stores hate to stock it and hate to recommend it, I think it is because because it is cheaper and more effective than a lot of dearer things that do not work anywhere near as well. Without salt in the blood we will all die. If you were forced to walk through a desert and had no salt, your would soon lose salt with your sweat and then you die. We need salt in our fluids to send signals around the body Without salt in your fluids, the body's computer shuts down. The Wiggle Jeff had to stop working because he did not replace his salt when he sweated and he ended up exhausted. If you are exhausted, try this! When I first started taking it, it took a year to bring my salt levels up to normal, which is 2% of the blood. We get too much sodium chloride but we need the other eleven salts.
