Works perfect!!
Received my Doppler today and tried it immediately. Found my little ones heart beat in under 10 seconds and could hear it clear as day!! I am currently 12 weeks, 1 day. I’m so bummed
I bought 2 of these units and neither of them worked. I was so hoping to get to hear my first grand babies heartbeat and then send the other unit to my baby brother who’s also excepting his 1st child sadly I tried them both on my daughter in law and we tested everything (changed batteries, switch headphones, 2 different types of the jelly) to no avail. I’m so heartbroken as I don’t get to attend the appts due to her mother and I not getting along and the Office doesn’t allow recording of any part of the appt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Works PERFECT
Okay, so when I was about 8 weeks pregnant I was shopping for a fetal doppler and I wanted to find one with a reasonable price and that worked. The first one that I bought was supposed to be new and it was obviously used, scratch too messed up. So I ordered this one and I wish it would have been the first one that I ordered. The other one I could not find the heartbeat and it was staticky and it would literally die within a couple minutes with batteries. This one has a rechargeable battery that I have yet to have to charge, and I've used my Doppler several times, and I actually was able to find the baby. I listen to his heartbeat often I am now about 16 weeks pregnant but I got this whenever I was probably between 10 and 12 weeks pregnant and I was able to find the baby's heartbeat. Do not waste your time buying a $20 Doppler, pay the extra $15 and get this one because it actually works. Comes with a battery charger and they even throw in a tiny packet of gel. You can't purchase jail separate on here or I have seen a lot of reviews where women are using aloe vera gel and it seems to work just as good. I have not tried it myself yet. But anyways learn from my mistakes and by good one the first time. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting forever to hear your baby's heartbeat just to not be able to hear it. This one work straight out of the box and was fully charged. All the monitors that I have seen that look like they have fancy screens and all this and that don't waste your time you're not paying for a fancy screen your paying to hear your baby's heart. Lol. I definitely recommend this fetal heart rate monitor and it even came fast in the mail. And it has a Nifty little clip that you can use for your belt or whatever that you probably won't use unless you're like a nurse but it's still there along with headphone Jacks and The charger port. It hooks up with a telephone Style hook into the bottom of the machine.

It came faster then expected, the package of gel not in a tube like shown on advertisement but let’s be logical 9 months of being pregnant you would need more gel then in that tube anyway. Also I don’t think the heartbeat numbers are accurate but what all people do nowadays I went to YouTube to figure out how to tell apart. First time using it I found a heartbeat I was so excite but then I look at YouTube and learned the baby heart beats faster then ours. Second time I found the heartbeat and I know where to look. I'm a board-certified Ob/Gyn and would highly recommend this doppler for personal use as well as professional use in an Ob/Gyn office setting. There is nothing this doppler won't do that a "professional" $500+ doppler would do. I have one of these in each of my exam rooms and would never consider spending so much for a "professional" doppler. My only suggestion is to make sure that it is 3MHz as that frequency works best. I bought it being almost 11weeks and was able to hear my baby. Brings me peace of mind after a loss. I’m sure more expensive brands may have better quality, but this one was worked wonderfully for me. Would definitely recommend. I did learn that when you get the alarm symbol, it basically means that the Doppler is picking up another sound along w/ the baby’s heartbeat. So the reading might not be accurate when the symbol is shown. Per the manual, it says fetal heartbeat in restricted scope. So it’s restricted because of another sound that’s being picked up. With this pandemic my husband wasn’t allowed to come to my appointments. I ordered this so he could hear the heartbeat. I’ve heard a lot of dopplers don’t work very well and can cause panic. I was shocked at the price of this Doppler and the fact it worked so well for me. I started using it at 14 weeks.
