Lack of instructions and flimsy valve make this a poor choice
The valve is plastic and very flimsy. It fell on the floor and my dog crunched it in one - replacements were not available; I had to order elsewhere at considerable price. There are no instructions that tell you how to adjust the heat under the pressure cooker to get it to the optimum cooking level - this means you have absolutely no idea whether items are cooked or not inside, and you end up having to open it.

Faulty adjustment valve
The adjustment setting valve for different foods are are weak and don’t work properly I purchased a new valve but the cooker won’t hold its pressure Would not buy this brand again
