Slightly expensive, but excellent quality.
The product itself is great. It froths in the milk in two different flavours - Latte and Cappuccino. It has a customisable temperature setting which can help with coffee machines that don't quite make the hottest coffee around. The milk gets frothed nicely and remains smooth. It does its job great. Being stainless steel, it's also very easy to wash! The only downsides or feedback I'd leave for Breville is that it requires a minimum amount of milk to be frothed - which happens to be a little more than what I would consume in a single cup of coffee. It is difficult to judge any product properly with pictures posted. Because there are different models of the same product (some smaller, some larger in size). I used a larger size of this product before and expected the same. But when i got the product I was puzzled for some time because the one I got is the smaller version. A much better design than others
The removable pouring jug makes it so easy to clean, unlike others on the market where it is all one unit and can't be submerged in water. Variable temperature is also great and heating is by induction. The unit has a nice brushed stainless steel finish, but overall it's quite large. Great for making matcha latte' or hot chocolate. Best milk frother ever!!
The best milk frother in the market, hands down! I make matcha and houjicha lattes at home a lot and this milk frother does an excellent job mixing the powders with non-dairy milk (i use almond milk). The aluminium interior also makes it easy to clean, no need to worry about coating coming off. Ability to control temperature is also great, will be making iced lattes when summer comes.
