DeWalt DWX726 Miter Saw stand

Good idea not so great execution
It seemed like a good idea to have a hydronic lift and a wheeled stand because the saw is pretty heavy. That said the functionality is not great, the stand is super heavy as well, and my hydronic mechanism is either glitching Or not working well, because it take a lot of force to open initially and it seems to have three pre determined height locking positions but I can not get it to lock in the heights that one. I don’t usually write these reviews but this plus the saw were expensive it’s and I expected it to work better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Space Saver
I had my miter saw on a DW730 and that thing was a great saw table but it did not fold up with the saw on it and there was no wheels to help with mobility. This new one cleared up both those problems AND I get a lot of space freed up when I store it as a All-In-One unit! That was a huge bonus! This is a great stand!
Pros: I love the mobility of it and how easy it is to raise and lower the saw. It has a firm base and is very solid. Cons: I replace a Hitachi miter stand with this. It had removable plates that installed to the bottom of tools so you can use various tools on the stand like a miter saw, table saw, router, etc. It just didn't roll around like this dewalt stand does. I wish dewalt would have made it to where the saw could easily be able to remove and use the stand for more tools. It's the best stand I've found yet though! I use it in my construction trailer and it's easy to move from jobsite to jobsite. Last con: For the sake of storage, I don't like storing it vertically in the construction trailer while going down the road because I don't like the saw bouncing around in as vertical position. Laying it down takes up too much room and is a pain to move when I need to get in and out. I have it vertically up against the wall right now and put a ratchet strap from the carring handle on the saw to a rafter bar in the trailer just to reduce some of the bouncing up and down it does when I'm driving down the road.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great stand. Well built and a breeze to assemble. I did have trouble the first time trying to fold up to storage/transport position, like others have noted. Rolling DeWalt stand
This is the second rolling the most and that I have purchased. I enjoy being able to roll my soul out of my trailer and anywhere on the job site. It is convenient it lives in about 2 seconds to where you needed and it has all the adjustments and a roller for your trim to rest on makes it easy for cutting. The only thing that I will caution you is if you are cutting heavy Lumber then you might want an extra brace to hold the weight of the number as I have been one of the arms by putting very heavy wet treated lumber on it without a brace. Common Sense dictates I shouldn't have done that. So I did purchase another one and I'm planning to buy replacement brackets or arms for my original one. Fantastic stand!
Fantastic stand! Rolls easily. Opens and closes easily. Makes moving the miter saw a cinch! I'm in love with this thing, after hauling around the 70lb miter saw by hand. Makes my miter saw work for me, and saves a lot of frustration on my part.
I read a lot of reviews before ordering this table for my miter saw. One item not mentioned in the description was an adjustable stop on the end of the table. For this reason I almost bought a different table. However, I figured I could make one for the table . When my new table came, while putting it together, I was pleasantly surprised. This table does come with a factory stop. Another issue I found in reviews was how hard it was to raise and lower the table. Not so, if you read the instructions first. When putting the table down simply move the locking lever to the far left and hold it, lift the table up to it's highest point to unlock it and then push it straight down. Easy as that. Raising it it is just as easy. When lowered and standing upright, I am using less space now than before I had the table. Best purchased I have made in awhile. Wish I had one of these tables from day one of owning my Dewalt saw. If you use a miter saw, even occasionally as I do, you will appreciate the convenience of this table.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
