I had been fighting an algae bloom for about 3 weeks. I tried everything, cleaning, treatments and nothing worked. I got the new canister uv filter and my tank was crystal clear in 5 days. It is also super quiet. I can’t hear it running like the filters I was using. Best thing I ever bought

Happy Fish Lover
Works well. Using it for an external goldfish pond which is about 500 litres. Initially had to clean the canister and media out a few times but since the water has become clearer, cleaning is not required as often. Played around with the hoses by lengthening them about 1 .5 metres so that it located closer to a power point and made access in amongst the landscaped garden easier to empty out. Still works a treat. All I need now is a cover for it to keep it out of the weather. Should have bought it a long time ago. You know what they say.."
