A great pan that you can't go wrong with
I am very particular about my cooking pans, in fact so "anal" that I put pot holders between them when stacking them in cupboard. The ones I had were getting to a point where they needed to be replaced as I had had them for 10 plus years. I did some research and decided to try these out. I am glad I did. They are excellent pans. They are heavy and as configured they conduct and displace the heat very evenly making for a a great cooking surface. Nothing sticks to them and they clean up so easily. I usually hand wash my pans (yea, I know) but I am sure they will hold up well in dishwasher too. If you want a good quality pan for a decent price that should last you for many years then you can't go wrong with this brand.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

So close to being wonderful.
The potential of this pan is great. It heats evenly and quickly, it cleans easily, it's well balanced, and it is, indeed, non stick, but wait......it easily overheats, and it's really only non stick if you add oil/butter/whatever. My "easy over" flip technique is generally a thing of beauty, and this pan is wonderful up to, and including the swashbuckling first flip. The egg lands softly so the yoke is unbroken (usually), and I time the second side around 10 to perhaps 20 seconds, depending on the size of the yoke, then a quick flip back to the right side and........the damned thing sticks EVERY time. It was purchased in June, I believe, and it is now being donated to "Goodwill" in September. I hate the idea of saddling anyone else with this almost great pan, but I reached my frustration level, and for me, that just "ain't" worth it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Use realistically.
The general add promises are just sales hype of course but when used realistically this is a superior saute pan. Use oil because its proper cooking and don't wash it while its hot and you'll love this pan. It heats up faster than the Granite stone pan and cooks very well. The only complaint might be that the handle gets hotter than other pans while cooking. Use a towel on the handle. Sparkles just like a diamond
I'm usually skeptical when anything gets 5 star reviews but I needed a new pan since my last "5-start" rated skillet had lost all semblance of non-stick. I read several comments about Blue Diamond and even watched a couple of videos. My thought was, "we'll see...." I have to say, it lives up to the hype.
