You'll learn how to be brutally honest with yourself and others so your life can improve and that happiness isn't a constant state of mind that can be achieved permanently, it's actually a task that needs effort put into. Having lots of money or stuff doesn't mean you'll be happy! Learn to prioritise the f*cks you give otherwise you'll be stressed and irritated forever!
