I stumbled across this cookbook at a friend's house and decided to buy my own copy. I'm so glad I did! My family is always in a rush (isn't everyone's?) and need good, hearty meals that are quick and easy. The recipes we've tried fit that need. We especially like the Finnish Pancakes (pg. 15), Family Favorite Beef & Noodles (pg. 110), and the Pork Chop Bake (pg. 161). This is a wonderful addition to your library of cookbooks. Great for finding something quick and easy, yet nice enough to have for gatherings of friends and family.
