this part arrived out of Emirates. It is of OEM quality and came from a parts warehouse for Toyota vehicles. When it arrived, it was clean, and brand new. It is of perfect price and value as well. EGR was just as clogged as the one on the car. Luckily I knew how to unclog the thing with brake cleaner soaks and pressure washing the metal scrubber inside the EGR. If you are looking for a clean, "like new" refurbished part, this ain't it.
